Who processes this information?
EthicDrive is an independent interface for checking the status of oppositions. This page describes the processing carried out by the site. NARSA processes the requests it receives under its own rules.
Site operator: Yassine ELYAAKOUB.
The registration number and response
When you complete a valid registration number and pause briefly, the check starts automatically. The registration number is sent to NARSA to check the status of oppositions. Incomplete input or an invalid format does not trigger a check.
EthicDrive does not keep a permanent history of registration numbers or results. Your input and the response remain available in the page while you use it. Changing the number hides the previous response. The registration number is not added to the page address or sharing links.
If you choose to save the response, a file is created on your device. This copy remains under your control until you delete it. Anyone with access to the file or your device may be able to read it.
Technical information
NARSA receives the registration number, your IP address, and technical information accompanying the check, under its own rules. EthicDrive and its hosting provider receive technical information associated with visits to the site pages.
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Access logs may contain your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, and information about your browser and device. This information supports operation, security, and incident handling. Its retention depends on the hosting service. EthicDrive does not log the contents of registration checks.
Language and information on your device
Changing language keeps your input and the response in the open page. The site does not save the registration number in a permanent local history. You can clear the fields or close the page after using it.
The check does not require a personal account or a NARSA password.
Audience measurement
Google Analytics 4 loads automatically to measure visits, unless a previously saved refusal is still valid. A saved refusal continues to apply until it expires, no later than six months after your choice.
When measurement is active, Google receives the page visit and technical information about the browser, device, and session. We also count checks that start, finish, or encounter an error, without distinguishing whether an opposition is present or absent, as well as the source of visits from sharing campaigns. Page addresses sent to Analytics contain no query parameters or fragments. We do not send registration numbers, check results, or field contents to Analytics. Automatic measurement of forms, searches, and clicks is disabled.
Google may use audience measurement cookies, whose lifetime is limited by the site to six months. Advertising features and ad personalisation are disabled. You can delete these cookies in your browser settings or use compatible tools to block Google Analytics, including the browser add-on provided by Google. These actions do not delete information already sent to Google.
Retention in Google Analytics
In GA4, retention of detailed user and event data is set to two months, without extending the period when new activity occurs. This setting does not limit retention of standard aggregated reports and is separate from the lifetime of cookies in the browser.
Advertising and external links
Advertising is not currently enabled. Before any future activation, this policy will need to explain the processing by Google and its partners, the technologies used, and the available consent choices. Automatically sending a registration number to NARSA does not constitute consent to advertising.
When you open an external link, including a link to NARSA, the policy of that site applies. EthicDrive does not control data retention by that third-party service.
Questions and corrections
Use the Contact page to reach the site operator with a question about data processing or a correction to this policy. Do not send an identity document, registration document, or bank document to report a technical problem. You can clear your input, close the page, and delete site data or the downloaded file from your device.
